Ping Pong

Members can use our Ping Pong tables and equipment in the Multi-purpose A & B on Tues. and Fri. afternoons when other programs are not scheduled (Please check the calendar). People interested in joining the league, please contact

Community Yoga

This session has been added for those of you that want a post-work session to relieve life's stresses before returning home. This mat class will include floor and standing poses and work on breathing techniques and relaxation practices that calm and focus the mind and body.

Pickleball

Pickleball for the 50+ Crowd
Learn the fastest growing racket sport in America which combines tennis, badminton and ping pong for a fun game! Pickleball is played on a badminton court with the net lowered to 34 inches at the center. It is played with a perforated plastic baseball, which is similar to a whiffle ball, and wood or composite paddles. It is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for the experienced player. Equipment is provided on site.
